Regular Members:
Any proprietorship, firm, partnership or corporation engaged in the business of the manufacture and sale of Machine Stress Rated Lumber or MSR lumber production equipment shall be eligible for membership as a Regular Member.

Associate Members:
Any proprietorship, firm, partnership or corporation engaged in the wholesale marketing or, transportation of, or use and consumption of Machine Stress Rated Lumber; or is actively involved as a grading agency or wood industry trade association dealing with Machine Stress Rated Lumber shall be eligible for membership as an Associate Member.

Professional Members:
Any individual, not actively connected with the business of a proprietorship, firm, partnership or corporation which is eligible for membership as a Regular or Associate Member, who has professional qualifications pertaining to the manufacture or use of MSR lumber and is interested in furthering the purposes of the Council shall be eligible for membership as a Professional Member.
